Photonics Names Jan Czech to Board of Directors
Mountain View, Calif. (April, 15 2008) - Reflex
Photonics, an advanced developer of extreme high-speed optical
connectivity solutions for semiconductor packaging and data
transfer applications, today announced that it has named Jan
Czech, president of JC Consultants, to its Board of Directors.
Czech’s successful career spans more than 30 years.
He brings a wealth of experience in the management of high
technology companies, as well as expertise in strategic and
tactical planning, negotiation, forecasting, market analysis,
regulation and international development to Reflex Photonics
during a period of rapid growth for the company.

In addition to his role as a board member for Reflex Photonics,
Czech serves as director of corporate strategies for Neotelis.
He is also the director and chair of the Audit, Remuneration
and Corporate Governance Committee of ODESIA Group Inc. Czech
was the former chairman of the board and currently serves
as chairman of the audit committee for the Computer Research
Institute of Montréal (CRIM). He holds positions as
senior business advisor for Inno-centre and teaching executive
at the Desautels Faculty of Management of McGill University.

During his career, Czech has held several senior management
positions with Teleglobe Communications Corporation, including
president of Teleglobe International, Inc. He also served
as interim CEO of the Québec Scientific Information
Network, COO with Cescom Inc., a VoIP start up, and director
and chair of the corporate governance committee for AD OPT
Technologies Inc.
